The PADI Drift Diver Specialty course introduces you to the coolest magic carpet ride you’ll ever experience. This course shows you how to enjoy rivers and ocean currents by “going with the flow,” staying with your dive partner, communicating with the dive boat and knowing where you are the whole time. Drift Diving is nearly effortless and relaxing. You simply glide along and enjoy the rush of flying underwater while the current does the work.  learn all about ocean and river currents, tides and how the pull from the moon affects your diving. You will learn how to work out where an ocean current is running from and to and plan the dive with an entry point and an exit point poles apart. The fast currents are fun currents and will let you just sit motionless as the whole underwater world rushes by! Want to stop to take a photo? pull out your reef hook and hook on to stop your drift. Pop some air into your BCD and hang in mid water while being attached to the reef and enjoy the experience.
